The steamed crabs were the best I've had in a long time! They were full and steamed perfectly. The staff went above and beyond when we showed up early for the reservation. They keep the place really clean and they are so welcoming.
Nice place to munch on Steamed Crabs with some corn and cold beer. Friendly staff and good crabs!
The service is phenomenal. Everyone treats you like family. They know there customers. And they love what they do. A great place to unwind. I love love this place . Food is excellent. Crabs are sooo good all year round. The owners is hands on and seems like a great guy. Have not been since the pandemic to sit in, but w e still get our crabs and steamed shrimp from here. Love you guys see you shortly!!!!
This place really is a hidden gem. Great service, outstanding crabs and really nice atmosphere. Call and order ahead. We sat in the bar.
(3.75) ~ Good Overall Food & Service MENU: ** Corn-on-the-Cob = (4.25) Very juicy ** Maryland Crab Soup = (4) very tasty * Natty Boh Beer (canned) = (3.75) Good Throwback Beer * Steamed Shrimp & Onions = (3.75) Good, but I wanted bigger Gulf Shrimp * Steamed Crabs (Extra Large) = (3.75) Good * Cream of Crab Soup = (3.25) pretty good, but needed more lump crab... *** Crab Cakes = Did not get b/c they're fried....prefer Broiled.
Crabs were all I've ever had outside of a cold beer. The lady working the bar is extremely pleasant and I will pay her a visit for her advertised cold cut or Reuben in the near future. The crabs....the crabs are seasoned heavy and to perfection. One of my favorite spots of my late Pops and I see why.
Having been a loyal Conrad's patron I was given a glowing review by my Uber driver for this place, and boy he was right. Ordered a dozen medium crabs, sized just about right and with perfect amount of rub for the juicy and tender meat. Steamed shrimp with onions was really great as well, and corn on the cob was excellent. What was not great was the cole slaw so I don't recommend it at all. It's a pure local spot and I'm glad I had a local recommend it!
Come here!! So we were in town and I was looking for Maryland blue crab. Came across this listing and it was close to my hotel. Thought I'd give it a shot and boy am I happy. This place is a dive bar best I can tell and tha crab were amazing. Don't expect anything but real local people enjoying real food and drink. It is a bardo if you have little ones you should know that. I had dinner with my 17 year old and we were all good. Did I mention you should order the blue crab? Order the blue crab:)
